This is me - Jo Rumm!
I'm a mum to four children and in order to maintain my sanity I realised I needed a more mental and emotional release from my hectic life. I've always done some form of exercise and running used to be my go to exercise to chill out and let go. A few injuries later and after dipping in and out of yoga in previous years I started to practice again. I soon realised that yoga gave me everything I needed - physical exercise, flexibility, strength and most importantly it enabled me to let go and gave me some much needed head space!
I have since trained as a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and specialised in pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga and mother and baby yoga (FEDANT). I also qualified as a personal trainer, again with specific training in pregnant and post-natal clients. Its from my own experience that I realise how little time we give to ourselves and how massively important it is to allow oneself time and space so that we can actually nurture and love......ourselves!
I hold classes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Mother & Baby Yoga - all locally in Crowborough, East Sussex. I also teach and train on a one to one basis.
