Due to limited space in the studio, booking is essential for all classes and classes must be paid for prior to attendance.
For all yoga based classes you should bring a mat if you have one, alternatively you can hire one from the studio. Freedom Leisure provide mats for post-nata yoga classes. For all classes wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. Please bring a blanket to mother and baby yoga. You may also wish to bring a bottle of water.
Classes begin promptly and last 60 minutes. Mother and baby yoga tends to run for 45 mins, although relaxation may be extended depending on baby's mood!
All classes are adaptive and you need not worry about not having done yoga before.
The cancellation cut off is 12 hours before class or one to one session. If you cancel after this time then the class will be deducted from your class pass/block booking.
A 4 week class pass must be used within 5 weeks a 6 week class pass within 8 weeks and an 8 week class pass within 10 weeks.
I will ask all clients to complete a confidential medical questionnaire prior to taking the class to ensure that you have adequate sign off from your GP. Any new injuries, niggles or pain should be disclosed prior to starting class.
