This is a lovely relaxed and supportive class for mother and baby.
Yogic movements for your baby mimic their time in the womb, stimulating their relaxation responses. Baby’s love this tactile and sensory session.
Mums have time to ease and stretch out achy muscles from lifting, carrying, feeding, pushchairs and all the other scrunching and crunching they do throughout the day caring for baby.
This is also a special time for mother and baby to let go of the day to day routine and have some one to one bonding.
I will guide you through postures making any necessary adjustments for post-natal niggles and there is no need for you to have practised yoga before attending class. You can begin once you have had your post-natal check with your GP.
Classes will be held in Crowborough on a Wednesday from 11.15 am – 12pm. A new 4 week course begins on 22/1/20 and is £25. You are also able to book single sessions but please check first that there is space.
