A safe and effective yoga class in a supportive environment. This is a special time for you. In class you can take the time to connect with the changes in your body and your growing baby. Take the time to nuture and care for your body and prepare it for the birth of your baby.
Evidence suggests that active women have a much easier time in labour and are less likely to encounter problems later in pregnancy. As well as reducing any potential back and pelvic pain, regular exercise will ensure that your fitness carries you through those last heavy months, labour and into parenthood.
I will guide you through all the postures making adjustments where appropriate and you need not have practised yoga prior to class.
This class is suitable once you've had your dating scan.
As well as group classes I offer one to one sessions - these will be totally specific to your needs. We can focus on breathing techniques, positions for labour, optimal fetal positioning and postures to alleviate aches and pains.
Classes are held on a Saturday at 9.30am in Crowborough.

You can also come to class on a pay as you go basis - to drop in classes are £9 payable on the day.
