Personal training & one to one yoga sessions are an excellent way to kick start a new fitness regime, help you realise your potential or concentrate on specific goals that are key to you enjoying fitness success.
We also offer nutritional advice and incorporate this into your program to ensure you reach your fitness goal.
Personal training sessions & one to one yoga sessions are £30 per session with a block booking of 4 at £100.
You don’t need to workout on your own…….training sessions and yoga sessions can be shared with friends (max of 4 people in any session).
