Vinyasa yoga is an active yoga practice using the power of the breath to ease you in and out of postures, increasing flexibility and strength. During practice we are moving in a flow so postures are not held for as long as other forms of yoga so the class has the benefits of a cardio vascular workout as well as increasing muscle tone.
The focus on the breath allows us to mitigate stress responses within the the body and allows us to achieve mental clarity and focus.
Classes are held at The Whitehill Centre, Crowborough and are £9 to drop in or discounted when block booking.
